Pricing FAQ.

Why modular instead of one big plan?

Because not every workshop needs every Otto. Some start with just inbound (Reception). Some only want the chase (Outreach). Some have great inbound already and just want the loyalty layer. Modular pricing means you only pay for what you switch on.

Why is there variable pricing on outbound?

Because outbound has real, per-message cost — WhatsApp template fees, telephony minutes, AI compute. Hiding that in a fat fixed price would mean either subsidising heavy users (and overcharging light ones), or surprise invoices. We’d rather show the actual unit cost and let you see exactly where every pound goes.

Will I be hit with a huge bill at month-end?

No. Otto sets soft and hard usage caps you control. You can budget £X/month and Otto will throttle outreach automatically. We also send a usage forecast 7 days before any cap is hit.

Are inbound calls really unlimited?

Yes. Reception is a fixed-fee module with unlimited inbound — voice, WhatsApp, web chat, SMS replies. We carry the inbound conversation cost. The metering only applies to outbound campaigns where you’re initiating.

How does the pilot work?

30 days, one site, one or more modules. We connect your DMS, train Otto on your service types, and stay close while you measure. If it doesn’t pay back, walk away — no commitment.

How long until we’re live?

14 days from signed paperwork. Tjekvik handles the DMS setup, the phone forwarding, the WhatsApp number, and the voice training. Your team gets a 30-minute walkthrough.

Multi-site discount?

Yes — automatic. The per-site module price drops at 2, 10 and 25 sites. Enterprise pricing for OEM-franchised networks at 25+. Talk to us and we’ll quote the shape of your group.

Can I switch off a module mid-contract?

Yes. Modules are month-to-month after the pilot. Switch on Outreach for a winback push, switch it off three months later when the campaigns have run their course. No penalty.
