These terms cover the marketing site and demo widget. Paying customers sign a separate Master Services Agreement.
Tjekvik A/S, registered in Denmark (CVR 36072420), and where applicable Tjekvik UK Ltd. References to "Tjekvik", "we", "us" and "our" mean those entities. References to "you" mean the visitor or organisation accessing this site.
The widget on this site is wired to a sandbox dealership ("Inchcape Audi Sheffield, Demo"). Conversations there are visible to the Otto team for product improvement. Don't paste real customer data into it. The bookings it confirms are not real bookings.
The site, the Otto marks, the product screenshots, copy, and code are owned by Tjekvik. You're welcome to share links and screenshots in good-faith reviews, evaluations, and analyst coverage. For larger reuse, email otto@tjekvik.com.
Booking a demo doesn't create a contract. We'll reply within one business day; either side can walk away from the conversation at any point. Pricing on this site is a published list — the binding price for your dealership is whatever's on your signed order form.
This marketing site is provided "as is". Production Otto SLAs apply only to paying customers under their MSA.
To the extent permitted by law, Tjekvik's aggregate liability arising from your use of this site or the demo widget is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for users in the UK, and the laws of Denmark for users elsewhere. Disputes are resolved in the courts of London or Copenhagen respectively.
We may update these terms. The version dated at the top of the page applies. If something material changes for paying customers, the MSA — not this page — is the canonical source.
